Island Health Center is Galveston's ONLY full-service, locally owned Occupational Medicine clinic.  We are committed to helping local businesses with all their occupational medical needs, delivering them in a friendly, honest and dependable manner.

We employ all DOT certified drug and alcohol technicians.  Our supervising physicians and nurse practitioners has over 20 years' experience in Occupational & Family Medicine and are able to treat your employees' on-the-job injuries along with an array of everyday health ailments.

We accept Worker's Compensation cases, and are able to treat various on-the-job injuries including lacerations, sprains, strains and minor fractures.  We also offer physical medicine/therapy services with a philosophy of rehabilitation and rapid return to work, to benefit both employer and employee.

After-hours services are available by pager.  On-site services are also available, however we are conveniently located in central Galveston with plenty of parking available for trucks and large vehicles.
